Invoices for services are sent 3 days prior to receiving service. Payment is due upon receiving the invoice unless there is a prior agreement. A late charge is applied if the invoice is not paid. To avoid late charges and cancellation of services please pay invoice before or on the date of service.
 
Cash, Credit and VENMO are the only billing methods available (ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS)
 
A credit or debit card is required for online payment.
 
Direct payment is available for on the spot CASH, CREDIT OR VENMO. 
 
A debit or credit card can be put on file for a worry free billing cycle (please note when your card is on file it will not be billed until Evergreen Thumb Lawncare is on your property for to render services)

A down payment of HALF THE INVOICED AMOUNT is required for large jobs such as:
- MULCH INSTALLATION
- LEAF REMOVAL
- BRUSH REMOVAL
- DOWN TREE REMOVAL

AND
- LAND CLEARING
 
All MAJOR credit cards are accepted.
