How do I get my free estimate?Contact us! Give us a call, send us a text or click the contact us tab on this website. Please be sure to include your name, email, phone number and address for the property to be serviced. Be sure to include the services you are interested in receiving.

Do I need to be home to receive my free estimate?You do not need to be home in order to receive your free estimate. If you have pets (chained or loose) they will need to be secured in a location away from the area being serviced. If we arrive and no one is home to secure pets the service will be rescheduled at a later date when there is no animal in the area needing service.

What if I want routine service?If you would like to have your yard serviced regularly there are agreements that can be drawn up for routine service.

If it is raining on my scheduled date of service when should I expect service?If there is any weather or event that would prevent your yard from being serviced you will be notified with an updated time and date promptly.

Do I need to be home for my lawn to be serviced?No, not if we have already received a payment, you do not need to be home in order for you property to be serviced, however you will need to be present if a payment has not been received. If you have pets (chained or loose) they will need to be secured in a location away from the area being serviced. If we arrive and no one is home to secure pets the service will be rescheduled at a later date when there is no animal in the area needing service. *Please note that routine services are only for customers that have card on file or have prepaid for services.

How do I pay for work other than lawn care, such as landscaping work, mulch, tree trimming ext.?A serperate estimate will be sent to you as well as a matching invoice, which a down payment of half must be paid before the work is to begin. You may pay online with a credit or debit card, or in person with cash.

How do I pay for my service?Visit our website and follow the instructions under the payment tab!

What types of payment do you accept?We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards in person. We also accept VENMO payments for services. If you have questions about how to complete payment please view our payment page. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

When is my payment due?Payment is due once you receive your invoice and then we can begin the job. If you have an agreement for routine service schedule you will be billed on a 30 day billing schedule.
